Ocala Police Department Community Outreach Program
offers enhanced recreational activities at Gerig/Webb Complex, CFCC Hampton
Campus, MAD DADS Headquarters, Howard Academy Community Safe Haven and other
locations throughout the target community.
The goal of the program is to reduce juvenile crime, reduce drug use among
youth and young adults, increase linkages with social service agencies in the
target community, serve as a resource for other Weed and Seed sites, and
increase and introduce community and family oriented recreation
activities.
